Real-time data aggregation and decision platform for large-scale mining operations. The system consolidates 10+ data sources (market feeds, sentiment signals, and live device telemetry from 50K+ devices) into a unified pipeline that powers ML-driven resource optimization with automated execution and settlement processing.
Challenge
The operator managed 50K+ mining devices and needed to make time-sensitive resource allocation decisions based on rapidly changing conditions. This required aggregating heterogeneous data (market feeds, social and news sentiment, and live device telemetry) into a unified view, then acting on ML-driven recommendations faster than any manual process could support. There was no system to track execution, process settlements, or measure outcomes across the fleet.
Solution
We built a high-throughput data pipeline that ingests and normalizes data from multiple market sources, social channels, news feeds, and real-time device telemetry including uptime, capacity, and performance metrics. The pipeline generates unified data snapshots that feed the client's ML model for resource optimization decisions. On each recommendation, the system automatically redirects fleet resources, tracks execution across devices, processes settlements, and reports results. An operations dashboard monitors data quality and recency, device status, decision history, and end-to-end profitability.
